iDareYou.in is intended for users aged 18 years and above. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone we have reason to believe is under 18.
Couple Spaces are identified by a randomly generated username and a 6-digit code. You are responsible for keeping your code secure. We cannot recover lost codes. Anyone who has your code can access your Couple Space, so share it only with your partner.
You may submit content to the Anonymous Q&A, Love Wall, and other community features. By submitting content you confirm that:

The Site does not display third-party advertisements. It contains affiliate links to Amazon and other platforms. If you purchase something through an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. All affiliate relationships are clearly labelled.
All original content on iDareYou.in — including dare ideas, challenge text, conversation starters, and design — is the intellectual property of iDareYou.in. You may not reproduce or republish this content without written permission. User-submitted content remains your own, subject to the licence granted in Section 4.
iDareYou.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is accurate or complete. Relationship advice found on the Site is community-generated and not professional counselling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDareYou.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including any content posted by other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Couple Space Pro is an optional paid upgrade, available at ₹99/month or ₹499/year. New couple spaces include a 7-day free trial once both partners have joined — no card is required to start the trial.
No auto-renewal: Pro is a prepaid plan, not a recurring subscription. We do not store your card or auto-charge you when your plan expires. When your paid period ends, your space simply reverts to the free plan, and you can choose to purchase another period at any time — your saved Pro-only content (journal entries, bucket list, etc.) stays intact and reappears if you resubscribe.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Refunds: Because Pro access is granted immediately on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once your plan has been activated. If you believe you were charged in error, or a payment failed but Pro wasn't granted, contact us at hello@idareyou.in within 7 days of the charge and we'll look into it.
